Collective bargaining negotiations for the cleaning and hygiene industry bring employer and employee representatives together to discuss wages, employee benefits, working conditions, and other employment standards.
NECCHSIZ facilitates structured engagement so that workplace conditions are developed through dialogue and aligned with Zimbabwe's Labour Act [Chapter 28:01].
All cleaning and hygiene industry stakeholders are encouraged to engage through the council's official processes.
